I bought 3 pairs last year and was very satisfied with the quality, they were soft and comfortable. This year, I decided to repurchase, but was disappointed to find the quality had dropped significantly. The shoes are now hard in texture and feel no different from low-cost options found on Shopee.
The owner reassured me that the shoes should be soft and offered a free exchange for a different color. Unfortunately, the replacement was just as bad. On top of that, I still haven’t received a refund for the return postage.
Very disappointing experience. Poor product consistency and bad service.
