FAQ's about comfii slippers

(1) How do I chose my size?

If you do not know your size, measure the length of your feet from heel to toe (in cm) using a measuring tape or a ruler. We recommend to chose one size bigger.

(2) Can ComfiiSlipper help with my foot pain?

Yes, based on customers feedbacks, our slippers able to help many people with foot pain. However, it still depends on your current situation. Comfiislipper uses tailored EVA material and has thick sole to protect your feet.  We recommend to seek you doctor advices for further confirmation.

(3) Will ComfiiSlipper expand after wear?

Not so much, that's why we always recommend to get one size bigger.

(4) Why my ComfiiSlipper is not soft when they arrived?

Please note, once receive your new Comfiislipper, wear them for some time for it to soften. you will notice the longer you wear the more comfortable it gets.

(5) How long will it take for my orders to arrive?

Usually, after order has been placed, we will post out your order the following day and you may expect to receive within just 2-5 working days!

(6) How do I check the status of my order?

Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment. If you have questions about your order status or did not receive the email, please contact us back through email or DM instagram @comfiislipper

(7) Can I exchange size if I ordered the wrong size?

Yes, make sure to inform us within 3 days after received. We will need for the Air Slides to be return back for us to post out the new one.

(8) How can I enter comfii lucky draw?

To enter the lucky draw, you need to make purchase and grab the BUY 2 FREE 1 offer. We will randomly pick based on the order numbers. We will make the announcement of the winner through our social media :)
